Land problems can be solved with haunted houses. Charlie (played by Chen Jiale) is an ambitious young real estate agent who resigns by chance to join a real estate company run by Gordon (played by Zhang Guoqiang) and Lucy (played by Gong Ci'en). Later, Charlie finds out that the success of this new company is due to their ability to buy haunted houses at low prices and then sell them at high prices. Despite this, Charlie still can't resist the temptation of generous commissions and decides to bury his conscience and sell these haunted houses to customers, even to his ex-girlfriend Shermaine (played by Tong Jiawen) and good brother Earnest (played by Mai Zile), leaving them to be haunted by ghosts...
