The 10-episode series is a documentary-style series set 15 years after the first movie (similar to real life time), telling the story of a group of students from Donggao High School who designed and rehearsed the musical "High School Musical" and found that there were as many dramas outside the play as in the play. Each episode will have a new song, plus a track from the original movie.
