Frank (Hugh Jackman) is the head of public schools in Long Island, New York, USA. With the efforts of him and his colleague Pam (Allison Janney), the enrollment rate of the Roslyn School District in New York ranked fourth in the United States. Frank's fame not only made the school popular, but also led to rising prices of school district houses around the school. Rachel (Geraldine Viswanathan) is a student at Roslyn High School. One day, when she was writing a school magazine report, she was shocked to find that the school's accounts were full of loopholes. Not only the principal, but the entire leadership of the school were wantonly misappropriating the board's funding to satisfy their unlimited material desires. As the investigation deepened, a corruption case involving a large amount of money and many people involved surfaced.
