The film is adapted from the novel of the same name. It tells the story of a serial killer Bingxiu (played by Xue Gengqiu) who suffers from Alzheimer's disease and quits his crime. However, a serial murder case reappears in the village, which makes Bingxiu fall into a chaotic memory. At the same time, his daughter (played by Kim Seol Hyun) and a mysterious man (played by Kim Nam Gil) are also involved.
