A mysterious organization affiliated with the U.S. military is conducting research on invisible technology. Scientist Sebastian Kane (Kevin Bacon) is the main person in charge of this team. After years of hard work, their research has begun to bear fruit in animals. Sebastian, who is eager for quick success, ignores the instability of the drug and insists on trying it on himself. The invisible effect of the drug is very good, but Sebastian can't return to normal. For this reason, his partners Linda Foster (Elisabeth Shue) and Matt Kensington (Josh Brolin) are working hard on the development of the antidote, but Sebastian likes the feeling of invisibility more and more, and the transparent state allows him to do whatever he wants.
