In a small town called Reedville, Colorado, a mysterious virus is spreading. To prevent the spread of the virus, the government sent troops to prevent local residents from leaving the town, and the town's hospital was overcrowded. Corporal Sarah Berman (Mena Suvari) and Soldier Bud (Stark Sands) took her sick mother to the hospital, but the patients in the hospital suddenly turned into ferocious, bloodthirsty and terrifying zombies. They attacked the infected everywhere, and all those who were bitten soon turned into zombies. Sarah and her companions quickly jumped on the jeep to escape, but accidentally learned from the radio that her brother Trevor (Michael Welch) was trapped in a building.
