Plot:
Mad Men is an American TV series produced by American Movie Classics. The series won the 65th, 66th and 67th Golden Globe Awards for Best TV Series, and won the Emmy Award for Best TV Series for four consecutive years. In the 1960s, the American advertising industry entered its heyday. There were hundreds of advertising companies on Madison Avenue in Manhattan, and Sterling Cooper was the leader in the industry. Creative director Don Draper (played by Jon Hamm) was handsome, muscular, and resourceful, like 007 in the advertising industry. In addition, the company also has Roger Sterling (John Slattery), a boss who loves to show off his upper-class birth, Peggy Olsen (Elisabeth Moss), a secretary who knows the times, and Pete Campbell (Vincent Kartheiser), who is ambitious but lacks real talent. They struggle with the difficulties of life while working hard to meet the requirements of their clients.
