At the Tokyo District Public Prosecutors Office's Josai Branch, prosecutors with different personalities, such as Kawajiri Kenzaburo (played by Matsushige Yutaka), Tamura Masashi (played by Sugimoto Tetsuta), Baba Reiko (played by Yoshida Yoshi), and Uno Daisuke (played by Hamada Gaku), are joking and bickering, leading a calm civil servant life day after day.
