The film is a prequel to the 1974 classic horror film "The Texas Chainsaw Massacre". The film tells the story of four mentally ill prisoners who escaped from a mental hospital and kidnapped a young nurse. They embarked on a bloody and cruel journey together. Chasing behind them is a pair of insane Texas Rangers.
