Rich rare earth resources are found in an undeveloped secret area of the Republic of Insugai near the equator. Murakami Shoji from Japan tried to obtain the development rights of the area, but was opposed by the indigenous people and was cursed by the witch Bonoi (played by Kiko Mizuhara).
