This is Schwarzenegger's first film. Hercules (Arnold Schwarzenegger), the son of Zeus, the king of the gods, is tired of his father's strict discipline and goes down to the human world to experience life without telling Zeus. Hercules uses his strength to help many people in need in the human world. By chance, he is discovered by a scout in New York's Central Park. With his amazing strength, Hercules becomes a popular superstar overnight and lives a rich and happy life in the human world. Zeus' wife Julie is very jealous. When she knows that Hercules is very proud of his life in the human world, she sends someone to steal his strength. Hercules, who is unaware of this, loses miserably in a strongman competition broadcast live on TV. After losing his strength, he is beaten by a group of villains.
