The comedy Mr Inbetween, created and starred by Scott Ryan and directed by Nash Edgerton, has been ordered by FX for a 6-episode first season. The comedy is based on Scott Ryan's 2005 short film The Magician, which tells the story of Ray Shoesmith (Scott Ryan), who has multiple roles, including father, ex-husband, boyfriend, best friend... and killer.
