Plot:
Fifteen years of injustice finally came to light, and Shi Dongsheng (played by Huang Rihua) asked to return to the police force shortly after he was released from prison. With the help of his former friend and partner Mi Anding (played by Miao Qiaowei), Shi Dongsheng traced the truth of the case and brought the criminals to justice. Because his testimony indirectly caused Shi Dongsheng's injustice fifteen years ago, Mi Anding has always felt sorry for Shi Dongsheng. When he first discovered that Shi Dongsheng abused lynching during the case, Mi Anding tried to dissuade him. Shi Dongsheng pretended to flatter Mi Anding on one hand, but on the other hand, he used his position to play the role of "underground judge". Shi Dongsheng got deeper and deeper, not only still ignoring the laws and regulations and doing his own thing, but also regarded Mi Anding as a stumbling block for his "doing justice for the heavens", and tried to frame Mi Anding. In order to maintain the dignity of the law and avoid more victims, Mi Anding decided to collect evidence to bring Shi Dongsheng to justice. As the 2010 anniversary drama of Hong Kong Television Broadcasting Co., Ltd. (TVB), this film is known as the TV version of Infernal Affairs. In the film, two of the former "Five Tigers", Felix Wong and Michael Miu, renew their brotherhood after 24 years, and stage a love triangle with Jessica Hsuan.
