Adapted from Stephen King's novel, one day the heroine Jesse and her husband Gerald go on vacation to a country villa. Her husband suddenly wants to play a crazy sex game, but he dies of a heart attack. Jesse is still handcuffed to the head of the bed and cannot move. Faced with Gerald's body being chewed piece by piece by wild dogs, Jesse must find a way to escape.
