"Joseon Romantic Comedy - Nokdu Story" is a Korean KBS2TV drama (Monday and Tuesday) broadcast from September 30, 2019. It is adapted from the popular webtoon of the same name and directed by Kim Dong-hui of "Fight for My Way". It is co-written by writers Lim Ye-jin of "Moonlight Drawn by Clouds" and Baek So-yeon of "The Evolution of Kang Deok-sun's Love". The drama describes the story of Jeon Nokdu (male protagonist) who disguises himself as a woman and lurks in the mysterious widow village, and Dong Dong-ju (female protagonist), a girl who does not want to become a gisaeng. After they meet, they each have their own secrets and unfold an incredible romantic love comedy.
