This season will move forward to the 1990s, starting with the release of Madonna's Vogue, continuing the story of voguing in New York City, as the "ballroom" community enters pop culture and the mainstream, and the House of Evangelista must reevaluate its goals. Season 2 will also involve more of the shadow of Season 1: HIV/AIDS, and will see more of the consequences of the disease, the corresponding medical treatment, and what it means to be black and Latino and not get the corresponding treatment.
