A Tian (Tony Jaa), a young man with stunts, lives in Batu Village, a peaceful village in Thailand. He has been learning Thai boxing from his master since he was a child. One night, Baduan, an incompetent youth in the village, injured A Tian's master and stole the head of the Buddha statue that the villagers were waiting for devoutly. Shouldering the villagers' entrustment and expectations, A Tian embarked on the road to find Baduan and the Buddha's head. After several twists and turns, he found A Hanlai, a fellow villager who was messing around in Bangkok. Unexpectedly, the other party was just a small gangster who was greedy for money and had no intention of helping. Instead, he used A Tian's skills to make a lot of money in the black market boxing ring. A Tian is famous in the black market boxing ring, but he never forgets the Buddha's head in the village and is still determined to track it down. Inevitably, he will start a series of battles with the evil cultural relics crime group... This film won the "Asian Action Unit Award" at the 6th Deauville Asian Film Festival in France in 2004 and the Orient Express Award at the 2003 Sitges-Catalonian International Film Festival.
