The TV series is based on typical cases of Chinese public security criminal police conducting law enforcement cooperation with local police overseas. It tells the story of an overseas action working group composed of criminal police represented by Gao Xiaotian, who conducts multi-national law enforcement cooperation, fights wits and courage with various criminal forces abroad, and finally solves many cross-border cases.
