Plot:
The Manchu army, led by Fenghuo Liancheng (Sun Honglei), approaches Wuzhuang, intending to wipe out the resistance hidden in the pass, and Wuzhuang is the focus of the encirclement and suppression. On the surface, Wuzhuang is home to a group of farmers, but in fact, they are members of the anti-Qing organization Tiandihui. The whole village is ready to fight the enemy, but the force is limited. As the danger approaches, the chivalrous doctor Fu Qingzhu (Liu Jialiang) who sees injustice on the road takes two young men from Wuzhuang, Wu Yuanying (Yang Caini) and Han Zhibang (Lu Yi), to Tianshan for help. Master Huiming, a hermit who is good at sword-making, lives on the frozen Tianshan Mountain. He collects seven treasures among the swords. Under his tutelage are his eldest disciple Chu Zhaonan (played by Donnie Yen), his second disciple Yang Yuncong (played by Leon Lai), his third disciple Xin Longzi (played by Dai Liwu) and his fourth disciple Mu Lang (played by Zhou Qunda). Master Huiming believes that Wu Yuanying and Han Zhibang are also talented people. Together with Fu Qingzhu himself, he gives the seven swords he has refined through his lifelong practice to the seven people, which is the martial arts legend of "Seven Swordsmen Under Tianshan".
