Plot:
Four years ago, a riot broke out in the notorious Lacio prison, which caused widespread debate in Rio de Janeiro state society and changed the fate of many people to varying degrees. Lieutenant Colonel Robert Naciberto (Wagner Moura), who directly led the elite force (BOPE), was promoted to deputy secretary-general of the Security Bureau, with greater room for development; and his favorite Andrew Mathias (André Ramiro) was used as a scapegoat by politicians and kicked out of the BOPE force. Of course, Naciberto also suffered from pressure from politics, comrades and family. He turned his resentment into work, not only expanding and strengthening the strength of BOPE, but also through repeated iron-fisted strikes to clean up the evil forces of drug dealers in the slums. The drug dealers disappeared, but the dark haze did not dissipate. The corrupt police force headed by Roca (Sandro Rocha) and others entered the slums. They bullied the market and colluded with officials and bandits, becoming another difficult to eliminate stubborn disease in Rio state...
