Daisho Miyama (Jun Matsumoto), a lawyer specializing in criminal cases, is keen to investigate the hidden truths in the case in his own unique way. When the investigation is deadlocked, he cooks his favorite dishes while sorting out the clues in the case, and uses his keen observation and reasoning to get to the bottom of the matter. One day, the president of the highly prestigious Madarame Law Firm (Kazutoku Kishibe) extends an olive branch to Daisho and invites him to join the newly established criminal special office in the firm. The office is led by Atsuhiro Sada (Teruyuki Kagawa), who has a high reputation in business, and Ayano Tachibana (Nana Eikura), a female lawyer who loves wrestling. Miyama's case-handling style certainly disgusts these two, but every time he stubbornly grasps the tiny key clues, these lawyers who are still passionate and sincere in their bones still go all out, even if they are broken and bloody.
