Michael Peña will star in the film version of "Fantasy Island", playing the role of Ricardo Montalban in the TV series. The original series contains dark themes and supernatural elements. It tells the story of a mysterious resort island in the Pacific Ocean where people's various weird requests seem to be met. The film was written and directed by Jeff Wadlow ("Kick-Ass 2"). The story tells that the island's overseer Roarke warns the guests that their fantasies may not come true.
