Plot:
Ah Xing (Stephen Chow) used his special abilities to steal the show in the gambling king competition, and then traveled around the world and disappeared. Hong Guang (Paul Chun) was unwilling to fail, and organized the "Super Gambling King Competition" again. Song Ye (Liu Zhenwei) ordered San Shu (Ng Man-tat) to find people with special abilities to participate.
