The story takes place in a junior high school. Nishikata (voiced by Yuki Kaji) is an ordinary junior high school boy. His personality and grades are not outstanding. The only outstanding thing is that his temper is much better than that of ordinary people. Takagi (voiced by Rie Takahashi) sits next to Nishikata. What bothers Nishikata is that Takagi, who has a lively and cheerful personality, always likes to tease him and enjoys it. As time goes by, Nishikata decides not to endure Takagi's teasing silently. He wants to fight back and let Takagi also taste the shyness after being teased. However, Nishikata's teasing plan often ends in failure. No matter who teases whom, Nishikata is always the one who blushes in the end. In the green campus, the daily life full of laughter and hope unfolds day after day.
