In 2075, the depletion of natural resources destroyed the Earth, and an elite team was sent to an abandoned research base on the moon to perform a special mission. On Christmas Eve, astrobiologist Song Ji-an (played by Bae Doona) had just landed on the moon. She is one of this elite team, sent to the moon with a mission to save the Earth from the depletion of natural resources. For humans, the moon is still an infinitely mysterious place, and many areas are unknown. While searching for clues to save the Earth, the team members are caught in a mysterious dilemma in outer space and unforeseen events. Their fate hangs on a thread...
