Plot:
A female corpse who died several months ago was found in a simple apartment. Afterwards, the deceased was eaten by more than a dozen hungry cats in the house, which was horrible to watch. The police initially determined that this woman named Suzuki Yoko was a typical lonely death, but the female police officer in charge of the case, Ayano Okukuni (played by Manami Konishi), had a different view. The clues at the scene showed that Yoko's death had another hidden story. Looking back, we see Yoko's (played by Machiko Ono) ups and downs in life. She was not liked by her mother since she was a child. When she grew up, she went to Tokyo alone to develop and suffered humiliation in order to sell more insurance. Later, Yoko, who met a bad person, met Kamishiro Takeshi (played by Akira Yasuda), who used vagrants to defraud living subsidies, and thus opened the door to hell. With every step, Yoko was desperately breaking with her past self... This film is adapted from the novel of the same name by Akira Ye.
