Plot:
In Hong Kong in 2015, the outspoken and righteous policewoman Wong Di-mei (played by Grace Chan) has been determined to join the police force since she was a child to fight violence and protect the people. Di-mei was transferred back to her hometown, Cheung Chau, to catch the thief king Bowie (played by Ruco Chan). Unexpectedly, Bowie hid in Cheung Chau and lurked around Di-mei by pretending to be a painter. The alert Di-mei still discovered Bowie's true identity. Di-mei persevered in going out to sea to catch the thief king, but a waterspout suddenly appeared, and Di-mei was brought back to the Qing Dynasty 200 years ago by time and space, and was placed in the maritime battlefield during the Jiaqing period of the Qing Dynasty. A story of blood and tears through time and space unfolds. The thief king Bowie transformed into the ambitious eleventh prince Aisin-Gioro Minhao, and Di-mei met and got to know the loyal pirate king Cheung Po-tsai (played by Hung Wing-shing) by chance. This costume fantasy action TV series is based on the legendary story of Hong Kong pirate Zhang Baozai during the Qing Dynasty.
