The plot continues the timeline of the previous season. Jimmy's brother Chuck (Michael McKean) secretly recorded Jimmy (Bob Odenkirk) admitting to the improper behavior of tampering with legal documents in order to ruin his brother's career as a lawyer. The confrontation between the two brothers prompted the kind-hearted Jimmy to further transform into the unscrupulous lawyer "Saul Goodman" who walks on the edge of the law.
