Plot:
Dao Zai (played by Andy Lau), who has acquired the lifelong skills of the God of Gamblers, returns to the arena accompanied by Long Wu (played by Xiang Huaqiang), representing his master to devote himself to charity with gambling skills, and is known as the Gambler. After meeting A Xing (played by Stephen Chow), who wants to worship the God of Gamblers as his master and is known as the Saint of Gamblers, the two show their strategies and skills to each other and tie. In order to avenge his adoptive father Chen Jincheng who was defeated by the God of Gamblers, Hussein (played by Shan Liwen) cheated all the money of Southeast Asian tycoons on the gambling boat under the banner of the God of Gamblers, in order to bring the God of Gamblers to ruin his reputation, and designed to hold Long Wu and Uncle (played by Ng Man-tat) hostage, in order to shut Dao Zai's mouth and not reveal his true identity.
