In 2015, Beijing successfully bid for the 2022 Winter Olympics. In response to the national strategy of "North Ice and South Development", Zheng Kaixin, a former member of the national short track speed skating team, was ordered to establish the Qingdao Speed Skating Team and began to discover new talents in ice and snow projects. Roller skating girl Chen Mian, out of her love for short track speed skating, took the initiative to request to join the newly established Qingdao Short Track Speed Skating Team. "Roller skating" is full of difficulties. In the bumps and bruises, Chen Mian grew up all the way, from a non-professional player to a main player of the Qingdao team who can stand on his own, and entered the national team, and finally won the recognition of his father Chen Jingye, who had always been pessimistic about him. The older generation of athletes retired, and the new generation stepped onto the stage with a more open and inclusive attitude. On the ice, the two generations of athletes completed the relay and inheritance of the sports spirit, and Chen Mian is also ready to represent China at the 2022 Beijing Winter Olympics.
