Listarte (voiced by Toyosaki Aoi) is a novice goddess who has just taken office for a short time, but she has to face the task of saving the world with a difficulty of S level. For this, Listarte summoned a brave named Ryuguin Seiya (voiced by Umehara Yuichiro).
