Catherine (Famke Janssen) suffers from locked-in syndrome due to a traffic accident. The hospital nurse (Anna Friel) feels that things are not so simple. While helping Catherine recover, she is also trying to dig out the truth. An immoral grudge slowly emerges, not only betrayal but also murder.
