Park Hae-young (Lee Je-hoon), a detective in the mystery investigation team, is a heretic in the police force who is extremely dissatisfied and distrustful of the police. In order to make a living, Hae-young wastes his talent on investigating the privacy of celebrities and then selling it to the media, until an old radio that is more than 10 years old rings. Detective Lee Jae-han (Jo Jin-woong), who was active in the police force in the 1980s, is a straightforward man who does not play tricks but only rushes forward. Jae-han uses the radio to contact Hae-young and begins to solve the unsolved cases of the past.
