When Natsumi found Shi, a strange wind blew across the world and began to change, and monsters began to attack humans. At the same time, Kamen Rider Kiva Watari appeared in front of Shi and told him: "Travel through 9 different worlds and save them. Destroy all Kamen Riders..."
