Plot:
The story of "Hell on Wheels" takes place after the American Civil War. The protagonist is a former Confederate soldier. In order to avenge the murder of his wife, he came to the far west alone. After a series of events, he became a legendary figure in the construction of the North American transcontinental railroad. The title "Hell on Wheels" is the nickname of a small town at the central hub of the transcontinental railroad, which is also the location of the story. There are typical Western "elements" here: danger, violence, vulgarity, lawlessness, corruption, depravity, big breasts and big buttocks, racial discrimination, and large-scale immigration. The North American transcontinental railroad is the first large-scale engineering project in human history, but it is also one of the darkest and bloodiest events in American history.
