Together with his staff Gongsun Ce (played by Cao Yonglian), the imperial guard Zhan Zhao (played by Zhang Zhenlang), and four detectives, he fought against the unhealthy practices. Yun Qianyu (played by Hu Dingxin), the daughter of a businessman, was eloquent and became a lawyer under the guidance of Gongsun Ce.
