The CW announced that it has directly ordered a 10-episode new drama "The Outpost", which is scheduled to premiere in the summer and will be broadcast on Syfy outside the United States. "The Outpost" is the CW's first one-hour new drama in the summer. In the past, the network only broadcast half-hour new dramas in the summer. "The Outpost", created by Jason Faller and Kynan Griffin, tells the story of the village where the Blackbloods lived was destroyed and massacred by mercenaries several years ago. The heroine Talon (Jessica Green) survived and arrived at the edge of the civilized world. The fortress here contains the murderer of that year. During the journey, she discovered that she had mysterious supernatural powers. She had to learn to control it in order to protect herself and defeat the fanatical religious dictator.
