This drama tells the story of the genius doctor Kang In-gyu (played by Go Kyung-pyo) who enters the prison infirmary with a heart of revenge and the doctor Go Jung-hoon (played by Cho Jae-hyun) who tries to stop him from killing people, and what happens at the crossroads of life and death.
