Plot:
Ling Ling Gong, Ling Ling Xi, Ling Ling Fa (played by Stephen Chow), and Ling Ling Cai are the four masters of the palace, specializing in protecting the safety of the emperor (played by Cheung Tat-ming). Although he is known as one of the four masters, Ling Ling Fa actually only knows how to make some small inventions and has no martial arts skills. He was expelled from the palace because he failed to complete the task assigned by the emperor to capture the four weirdos. After returning home, Ling Ling Fa opened a gynecological clinic, and often used some small inventions to please his wife (played by Carina Lau) and live a happy life. Jin Guo tricked the emperor out of the palace on the pretext of the corpse of the "fairy from the sky", and waited for an opportunity to kill the three masters who followed the emperor. At the critical moment, Ling Ling Fa used the "helicopter" and "machine gun" he invented to save the emperor's life. The unyielding enemy then sent the famous prostitute Qin Cao (played by Carman Lee) to seduce Ling Ling Fa, and Ling Ling Fa and his wife played a double act.
