The 30-episode TV series "Family of the World" directed by Gao Xixi started filming in Beijing in June 2011. The series tells the story of a makeup artist in a funeral parlor, an ordinary and warm life, and strives to show the real life of ordinary people's families, their forbearance, challenges and persistence in the face of hardships. Director Gao Xixi started from a special perspective and brought the special profession of undertaker to the Chinese TV screen.
