Ryuhei Matsuda and Yojiro Noda will star in "The Miracle of the Weeping Bugs". The film is adapted from the autobiographical novel of the same name by Go player Akira Segawa, 5th dan. It tells the story of an office worker Segawa (played by Matsuda) who challenges himself to become a professional Go player. Noda plays the protagonist's friend. The film is directed by Toshiaki Toyota, and this is his second collaboration with Ryuhei Matsuda since "Blue Youth" and "Escape Plan". The film will be released in Japan in 2018.
