The story follows Lucy, a natural collector, who breaks up with her boyfriend, who owns the Whitney Museum. Unsure of where to put the items from their relationship, Lucy curates the Heartbreak Gallery in the lobby of a strange hotel, where she finds her voice and learns to let go and love.
