Plot:
At the age of 15, childhood sweethearts Kanna Seto (played by Masami Nagasawa) and Kazue Haruta (played by Kengo Kora) were both admitted to the same class in the same high school. On the first day of the new semester, Haruta and the deliberately provocative Mayama Toshikuni (played by Aoi Nakamura) had a fight, and this incident also contributed to the friendship between Kanna, Haruta, Mayama and Kawaguchi Asami (played by Haru). In the years that followed, they went out together, played and talked. As their relationship deepened, Ajin's feelings for Kanna changed, while Kanna and Haruta were ambiguous, testing each other and retreating. On the night of the fireworks festival, a sudden traffic accident brought an end to the friendship of the four. Eight years later, Kanna, who entered the workplace, accidentally met Akasawa Roku (played by Masaki Okada), an employee of a publishing house. Akasawa, who seemed to be conceited, sharp-tongued and sunny, also had a long-lasting painful memory in his heart that he could not get rid of. Two young people with bleeding hearts met in the busy and noisy city... This film is adapted from the manga of the same name by Ikue Aya, and the character names are based on the manga version.
