High school student Kusuo Saiki is a person with super powers. He can do anything freely, including telepathy, telekinesis, perspective, foresight, teleportation, and clairvoyance. However, this strongest ability that everyone envies is actually the unfortunate culprit that brings disaster to him. Therefore, he sealed his super powers in front of others, and lived in obscurity with the motto of being inconspicuous and not getting involved with others. But for some reason, incredible people (creatures) always gather around him, and storm-like disasters keep coming!
