Two 10-year-olds stumble upon a seemingly abandoned police car in the suburbs; they take it for a spin, but have no idea what kind of trouble they've gotten themselves into, except for their speechless, creepy, suicidal driving. Things get even worse when the car's owner, the town sheriff (Kevin Bacon), shows up to ask for his missing car.
