The 13th season of Doctor Who has been announced to start filming. Operator Chris Chibnall revealed that the new season will be shortened to 8 episodes because of the complexity of the show's filming. The time required to shoot each episode has been extended during the COVID-19 pandemic. "But the ambition, humor, fun and shock of Doctor Who will not be reduced. Today is a test for the whole world, but the Doctor never shirks challenges."
