Naomi Watts and Bobby Cannavale will star in Netflix's limited series "Surveillance". Netflix previously purchased the adaptation rights of the article of the same name from "The Cut" magazine for a seven-figure transaction price. The article tells a true story: a family bought an old house in New Jersey for $1.3 million. When they first moved into their new home, the family kept receiving threatening letters about the house, with letters threatening the family with words like "Do you want to fill your house with blood?" In the end, the family was forced to move out of the house. Ian Brennan ("Ratched") wrote the script, and Ryan Murphy, Eric Newman ("Narcos: Mexico"), Brian Cleese ("I, Tonya"), Henry Joost, and Ariel Schulman served as executive producers. The show is expected to start filming this fall.
