Plot:
In the early 20th century, warlords ruled China and the people were living in poverty. Mao Zedong, a young man from Hunan, actively participated in the revolutionary movement. Under the guidance of Li Dazhao and Chen Duxiu, he established his Marxist beliefs and participated in the founding of the Communist Party of China. His co-worker Zhao Yuchi followed him all the way and became close friends with Li Chunfeng, a student of Chen Duxiu. Chiang Kai-shek betrayed the revolution, and Li Chunfeng joined the reactionary camp. Mao Zedong launched the Autumn Harvest Uprising and advanced to Jinggangshan to establish a base area. Zhao Yuchi grew up to be a revolutionary fighter. Chiang Kai-shek repeatedly encircled and suppressed the Soviet areas. Mao Zedong was excluded from the party, which led to the failure of the fifth anti-encirclement and suppression campaign. The Red Army was forced to march on the Long March. The Zunyi Conference on the Long March confirmed Mao Zedong's leadership and saved the party and the Red Army. The Japanese invaded China, and the Communist Party of China united all walks of life in the country to win the war of resistance. Chiang Kai-shek launched a civil war to suppress the Communists. Mao Zedong commanded the three major battles of the People's Liberation Army to drive Chiang Kai-shek to Taiwan. The US imperialists returned and burned the war to the Yalu River. Mao Zedong decided that the Chinese People's Volunteer Army would send troops to Korea. After three years of bloody fighting, they defeated the US imperialists and won the great victory of the War to Resist US Aggression and Aid Korea. The new China led by the Communist Party of China truly stands tall in the East.
