Plot:
The US government has formulated a plan to spend $7 billion to build a machine that can provide time travel. A senator is sent by Congress to check the progress of the project to decide whether the government should continue to fund the project. Since the progress of the project has disappointed the congressman, Tony, one of the project leaders, decides to take the risk and use the "time tunnel" to perform a short time travel and return to the past to prove the effectiveness of the device.
