Mr. Turner tells the story of the passionate life of British painter John Turner. He was once criticized for his avant-garde creative techniques, but Turner regarded painting as his life and created many masterpieces. Even before his death, he struggled to get out of bed and copied a female corpse. In his later years, especially since the 1840s, he devoted himself to the exploration of painting forms and colors, using incredible pigments such as food and saliva to paint, which aroused controversy. He is regarded as one of the greatest British painters and a famous art eccentric.
